Online alone course not great because the content is hard hitting and could cause upset a group setting would be better
All your training modules are user-friendly and straightforward. They cover all subjects necessary for many different settings. Although the 15 I completed took some time, it was well worth it. Thank you.

Would prefer a booklet to read, rather than lots of short video clips

Very thorough. Well presented and informative. I think the questions should not all come at the end but slotted in immediately after the relevant sections in the presentation
It is a good course but I'm not to sure what it has to do with a cook in the kitchen.
Seems a bit of high pass rate for us non educationed lot also lots of mis leading questions to try and trip you up to get the questions wrong especially when you can only get 2 out of the 20 wrong .I understand it for the teaching staff but us in the non teaching roles it seems harsh
