not the best way of learning however there was useful information
This was a lot of information to take in and listen to for an hour … would have been better to shorten it and do 10 questions then another 30 minutes and then another 10 questions to break it up a bit .. this would have helped me to concentrate better .. one hour of taking is far to long
The information given was up to date and the course covered everything i needed.

Very easy to understand and to do on phone.
This course was very well-presented; the use of both presenters talking and use of graphics kept it interesting and engaging. It was clear, easy to understand, and thorough.
Really good generally. A couple of things where I wondered whether the definition given was exactly right, for example that emotional abuse is "when a child's emotional needs are not met". This seems like the definition for where Early Help or a Child in Need plan might be in play, not necessarily where harm is being experienced. I can think of quite a few examples where emotional needs are not necessarily met but a child is not being harmed in the usual definition under child protection procedures.
