I found the videos to be very clear and to the point. Also the contents was explanatory and easy to follow. The exams questions were relevant and appropriate.

The course is well designed. The videos contain the main information with examples and the main points to remember, definitions of concepts and procedures to follow. Additional resources provide more information about legislation as well as the muti-agency system. Congratulations for the great work your team has done!

I do feel utterly out of touch. So much so that,if I were younger and thinking of embarking on volunteering to interact with children, I would probably decide not to. My carefree approach with my two sons and three grandsons, would probably get me into trouble..

The course was easy to follow and a good refresher of what I had learned before. The extra resources and links were very useful. One always hopes one will not meet such a situation but I feel confident I know what to look out for and what procedures to follow if I suspect child abuse.
