Easy to follow and navigate with information presented in easily digestible chunks. My only feedback would be that, as the content could be triggering, warnings should be given prior and support numbers and procedure should be signposted.

The design of the course content, presented in sections, makes a complex area easy to understand and feel confident about what to do in situations you are presented with, equally, the presenters were excellent, as they explained each section thoroughly and were engaging. The test at the end is good as it consolidates your understanding of what you have learnt from the course.
Very good Course. Quite intense but very worthwhile as to spotting the signs and how to respond.
