Very interesting course
I can read the transcript so much faster than listening to the video. Otherwise good!

Easy to follow and very thought provoking. I feel more confident in recognising the signs of abuse now.
Web site works! Lots of material covered. Duration of 1 hour is misleading and really should include additional time required to access additional material. There's no need to call it a 60 min course, when in reality it will take longer. This is important for study planning!
The course fills one in on child safeguarding, and though I don't think I'll need to use much of what I learnt (not, I mean for my role at the Charity), it was extremely informative on categories, on legislation and on procedures.

The training is very helpful for every staff. The training helps to know how they have to do their duty. It was Good for me and I enjoyed my training and test. And, I think, it will be very helpful for my job.
