I completed the training, which I think was pretty much the same as last year. I started the test, I got a question wrong and responded to the option to look at that information again. I then spent ages trying to get back to the test, and redoing the 60minute section. I then had an email thanking me for completing the training. I still don't know if I have fully completed the test. Also it takes much longer than the timings quoted.

I have learned a lot of things I didn't know about safeguarding children. Now I have the confidence to work in children setting and the training gives me more knowledge of how to handle any issues happen at work regarding children.

A very good course. Everything is very simply explained. It was also a good refresher.

I have a background in safeguarding in children's services so for me this was a refresher. Nevertheless it was an informative session which detailed a range of types of safeguarding issues and how to respond to them. I like the links to additional information..

This is really needed by all employees before they commence to their work especially if they work alongside with children.
