This course is very informative and highlights types of abuse that perhaps aren’t talked about often. Knowing how to deal with a disclosure of abuse is very useful and the steps to follow to ensure the situation is dealt with correctly.
Group interaction is my preference for learning, listening to people on a video is ok but not my preferred choice. The content was very detailed and useful though, thanks.

We all need to do our part in safeguarding children
As with all mandatory training, it is a bit of a slog, but the graphics and presenters make it doable.
Extensive information about a subject that most would find difficult in places. Well presented, lots of information & additional resources very helpful. Liked the acknowledgement of potential emotional responses to the subject & the advice given to manage them. Learnt a lot.
Good Course to do with easy understanding to learn.
I feel more confident of dealing with a situation of child abuse if ever I came across one. Although it's unlikely I will come across such a situation when I'm an exam invigilator, it's good to be prepared in case.
