The knowledge i got was over my expectations. I have learnt infection prevention and control procedures that keeps me safe and the client. The course was prepared in an way that was easy and simple to understand. The course equiped me with precautions to take when i am faced with the situations.

Very user friendly
Although it was a very long session, however, the explanation and arrangement of the slides were quit good and it heled to remember information. Excellent!
