This session was great for me as a worker in the children's area (school) this is a really good lesson that will help me to do properly my job and avoid mistakes when I am working.

The course is very informative and presents the information in simple and easy to follow methods. The provision of links to other important documents regarding the same course makes it highly informative and good in equipping staff members.
The slideshows / demonstrations in the video were clear and helped understanding. The vocabulary was easy to understand.
