I found this module informative and hugely beneficial. It provided a lot of very useful and evidence based information which could have been overwhelming, however the delivery in short sections allowed you to take your time, make notes and ensure you had understood information provided. I also found the short assessment at the end a good way to reassure myself that I had understood the content correctly; having access to additional information for reference was great.

I think it was explained very well in each of the subjects . And gives you a good understanding if you were to be faced by any of these issues .

A good course, easy to understand

The information, pace and level of detail is useful and of good quality, but I believe that such an important area needs to be "live" so that discussion and face to face interaction can allow for tricky areas to be explored and fully grasped. One way to do this in on line training perhaps is to set up scenarios with actors to give different ways of approaching a situation.

Some of the information is quite disturbing and there are far too many acronyms to remember. Also I feel there are far too many agencies to contact, that information may not be shared, so mistakes can be made.
