Very useful sections on how to approach writing a record of disclosure and exactly what to record.
I like the way the details of this course are set up. There's enough information and if you want or need more you can access the archive below. This is the second time I've done this one and I remembered most from last year.
There is a lot of content to digest in one hour. They spoke quite fast to get it all in in one hour. On a hot day it is hard to concentrate in full.
