While the content is good the inability to adjust the speed of the video or use the transcripts and then progress to the next slide is unacceptable. Question 19 is very confusing in its wording.
Did not enjoy. Revolted by some of the issues and hope these are far from commonplace.
As an employee that coaches for only six hours a week, I feel a communication system that I could use from my phone would be far easier. However I have to come into college to join on the pro monitor system in order to have a meaningful interaction with the notes and often it is some time later that i catch up.

This training covers the main important topics, in order to keep children safe from harm and its excellent to learn.
Presenters were clear and easy to listen to. Content was eay to understand and resources easily accessible. Would have liked to have been able to retake the test, as mistakes were made die to 'finger trouble' on a small phone screen, plus internet interuptions.
