Extremely thorough.
This is a huge improvement on the other i-hasco training, mainly because you have included animation and other graphics, not just the lady talking. It is very thorough and easy to understand. Some of the 20 test questions are worded in a tricky way, I do not think that is necessary, it is more important they understand the training and know what to do. The younger woman's skirt is far too short and clingy. Put her in trousers!

Clear and easy to follow.
Very good. The content, pitch, pace and delivery is spot on and has been very cleverly designed. Online learning, which teachers have been expected to learn and deliver overnight to respond to remote schooling needs, is, as I have always thought, a specialised area. It's a different way of learning – teachers don't get trained to do this as part of their teacher training! This is a good example of excellent on line learning, in my opinion.

Online worked well although a few issues with completing on an iPhone. Server or network dropped out on one occasion and questions / multiple choice answers not displayed sufficiently at times, generally good courses.
