As a CHSS volunteer I do not think this course is particularly appropriate. More suited to someone working or volunteering in the Care environment
Overall, the course was good and I liked the test questions during the course and the final test at the end.
This course is very interesting and necessary especially for those of us caring for the elderly. The material was clear and easy to understand.
For my role as a volunteer, the course included a lot of completely irrelevant content, such as the legislation concerning abuse. However, as a retired trainer, I found that the course was well delivered and, for its wide target audience, no doubt most useful.
Lots of information and resources to widen my understanding and knowledge.
