Very well organised and chronologically sequenced. The information was pitched at the correct level yet very informative. Clear guidance on when further input would be welcome.
Considering it was a relatively short course it was very informative. I certainly feel I have a better idea of safeguarding now and what to do in the event of abuse.

Whilst from a personal point of view I found this training interesting, as I work from home and process invoices I found the course difficult because it doesn't relate to my day to day role in anyway.

Some content is common sense while other makes you think in more detail about situations. Very much of benefit to me as a newcomer to caring for vulnerable people.
This course was professionally facilitated , very educative and easily understandable.
