Satisfactory

Was delivered sufficiently, The teaching was clear and to the point for easy learning. I love multiple choice answering questions rather than writing it myself and trying to recall learnt detailed information. Not so convenient was the procedure to logging in to the site. Having to go to my email, for each time I came back was not so user-friendly

Gets to the point without confusion!

An excellent CBT video and Q&A course that explains 'Safeguarding Adults' in easy to understand terms with additional quality hyperlinks to other resources online and in downloadable format. The course is presented in simple, jargon-free language and provides a wealth of information that simplifies a seemingly complex subject by applying a common sense approach to learning and to the subject matter. It helps to inspire confidence in becoming a carer not only as an employee or volunteer within an organisation, but in any caring capacity. It is a First Class learning experience which has increased both my knowledge and my confidence. Thank you!

It was hard questions & I got there at the end

Clear, concise, valuable & interesting

I liked the style of 2 main presenters speaking rather than other online training I've done which is just reading slides myself. The bullet point summary pages at the end of each section were helpful. I think it would've been good to know at the start that there would be questions to answer throughout but that these were not part of the assessment - that this would come at the end.
