excellent course but sadly not tailored to the needs of my job. A more focused course would be more useful and real in terms of the job I do as a shop manager. Things such as care plans and many other issues are not of prime importance in my job

I really enjoyed this course. There was so much to take in. The content was straightforward but under new titles that I have heard but did not really know what they meant. The people who presented the slides, were clear and concise. I like the summary at the end of each slide. I liked the question asked during the course and at the end. I would have liked to redo the 20 questions. This is a course I would like to revisit from time to time to refresh my memory and knowledge
