Excellent as the training covered all aspects relating to safeguarding (Adults) matters in a very easy and explanatory why. Making it clear on our responsibilities and duty of care to ensure that vulnerable people are supported, with respect and dignity. And making it clear that the individual needs to be included and involved in any decision making concerning them.
