Excellent refresher! Thorough, easy to understand presentation. The test at the end covered all aspects.
It was easy to follow, although with a lot of information I was able to stop, go back, exit and resume when I needed. It is led by me which is great. It also had extra documents to read.
Found the course informative on the given subject as I have not dealt with anything of this kind before

I volunteer in retail and so quite a lot of it wasn't very relevant to my job.
More participation during the training would help concentration.
