Content was very useful in planning for my role as Safeguarding Officer. Examples were very useful and these supported the learning content. Delivery was well paced with clear & concise content. Cant recommend iHASCO enough.

The emphasis on maintaing maximum autonomy of the person in care is well-judged. I was especially interested by the section discussing when the carer must let the person in their charge make decisions which they consider wrong, as long as the person has capacity and the decision is not clearly inimical to the patient's well-being.

Found the course a little difficult. Would have made it easier to have more tests in-between rather than at the end.
