Good use of two presenters; clear explanations. One beef, though: the answer 'Duty of Candour' - a strange word, and I don't remember it being used in the presentation. If I'm wrong I withdraw my objection!
Good use of two presenters; clear explanations
I really enjoyed the online trainning. There were parts on harm and abuse i was so unware of. I took loads of notes and feel more equipt for my role as peer mentor. Thank you

always an interesting subject with many possible outcomes, the framework of rules was well put together and interesting..
I completed this course as part of a new volunteering role with Versus Arthritis, and it was thorough enough to make me feel fairly confident about what to do to ensure I maintain people's wellbeing and independence, and to protect from any form of abuse, neglect or harm. I did have some prior knowledge in this area but I found the course to be effective in crystallising that knowledge and it gave me up-to-date information in a clear, precise and easy to follow format. I recommend this course, especially in the care sector, as a good grounding for all aspects of safeguarding and maintaining a persons' dignity and autonomy.
Packed full of social awareness information. Highlighting a general responsibility to family and friend support. Allround highly interesting
