I learnt a lot

I have learnt a lot in this training, how to support and keep the clients safe and how to report anything I'm concerned with, I hate computers so am chuffed I managed to do the workbook.

Comprehensive step-by-step learning

This course guides you through all the key points in a supportive way through spoken and written instruction. It also has additional material to help extend and consolidate the learning. I feel I can put the course into practice immediately and it is reassuring to know that I can dip back into it if I get rusty or need to refer to a particular point.

5/5
Basic but good

An interesting and informative look at Safeguarding some of which I can see as being useful in a residential setting.

5/5
Interesting and comprehensive

I thought the slides were clear and the information well-presented. For the small charity I work with, it is too detailed as a first introduction - maybe it would be possible to separate out the level 1 and level 2 where people are not working full time in a care environment?

4/5
Clear and easy to follow

Clear and easy to follow, with enough questions throughout to keep you motivated and interested

5/5
Basic but good

Since Covid a useful tool for the delivery of basic but relevant training.

Very good

I think l need to take a great care to vulnerable people and l must report any abuse .lts really good to look after old people .

5/5
essential information

There is a lot of common sense but the course reassures for those "query" situations.
