Easy to understand and follow each part, but some parts not for shop work, but understand it is reverlent to certain roles within certain environments and positions
I feel this is a good course that covers the importance of safeguarding, and explains how it important it is to have a understanding of the mental capacity Act and consent to prevent neglect or abuse that some may not be aware of.
I enjoyed completing the course very much. I liked how the compassion & professionalism of both presenters came across. The slides & the audio were very well designed & the whole course was a delightful way to refresh my on-going Safe Guarding knowledge.
