3/5
Informative

Concise course on the types of vulnerable adult and the forms of abuse you may come across. How to raise concerns and ways to help / communicate with the vulnerable adult prior to escalation.

Covers it all

This course is one of the best I've done on this subject. It covers everything without making the user confused with jargon and policies. Very clear on what to do is abuse is suspected or disclosed.

5/5
Easy to use and straightforward.

I learnt some new things, and increased my knowledge and understanding.

4/5
Very informative and practical

A really good basis for understanding a potentially tricky subject, although the Mental Capacity Act and how to assess whether a person has capacity or not remains rather vague. How can a care worker, for example, authoritatively and accurately make such an assessment?
