It was very useful and informative on procedures which could be carried out to protect the Adult's welfare. Also the course has allowed me to be prepared if there is any signs of abuse to a adult and how to respond to this type of situation which as a result could improve the situation. The course has shown that it is everybody's responsibility to make sure the welfare of the child has been resolved. Safeguarding Adults involves support all areas of welfare.

I found this course informative in a clear and concise way. It was helpful to have someone talk through it and to be able to read a summary of the main points too. I felt it recapped information well as it went through enabling me to remember the information.

There is a lot to learn from this training programme, it covers all angles and was very valuable as a learning tool.

content was ok but several slides had no soundtrack so reduced to reading subtitles. still passed but it was disconcerting.

This course is very useful for day to day working for YMCA. It covers almost all aspects which are of utmost importance and beneficial for the organisation. I must say that I acquired valuable knowledge and informative guidance through this course . I highly recommend this course for everyone if they have not done this one.
