It is a good and important training ,we can have a lot information about the abuse, and what we should to do when we are in front of an abuse case.
The course covered a lot of what I need to know regarding safeguarding vulnerable adults, training for staff on abuse and training for staff on personal boundaries. Procedures for reporting abuse and also whistle blowing procedures
good guidance on a complex and difficult subject. some areas seemed a bit long winded but then suppose you have to cater to a wide cross section of people
This course makes the connection between how to know abuse is happening and what to do about it. Very informative.
