This training is well designed and presented. It is easy to follow and complete in one go, or in bite size chunks when you only have a few minutes here and there. I was impressed by the purposeful looking presenter and their tone of voice, which conveyed the serious nature of the training. The graphics were satisfactory, but on some occasions got in the way of each other when displaying lists making it more difficult to follow what they comprised of.
The course was very professionally presented and the content was very clear and precise.
This kind of training should be obligated in every country for everybody who takes care for other people, children or adults!!!
