Thank you. It is always useful to revise one's skills, and look at procedures which will help safeguard the clients we work with. I took the test part 2/3 months after reading the training part, and I think this effected my result. I wanted to test my knowledge and instincts as to what I would do in each situation with out too many prompt. I have noted the questions that I scored incorrectly. Please consider using the phrase 'Open and Honest' instead of Candour, as I think it would be clearer to the volunteer doing the test. Anyway, thank you for providing the training.

This training is very clear and informative. It's easy to navigate and you can repeat sections if need be.
