Fast and easy to do with multiple chose questions
The course was good and thorough. The first part was a bit slow but the rest was interesting and clear.

Clear and not too long. I'd like to be able to scroll the video off the screen - I find it distracting when I am trying to concentrate on the transcript. It's a shame about the technical terms: I guess that's because they are legal definitions. I can't remember the titles of the various bodies you are supposed to contact for help and advice. I wonder if there could be a summary of these that could be downloaded after gaining the certificate, as an easily-consultable aid. Thanks.
This is not an easy subject to engage with, but the training was professional and presented very well.
