Too much emphasis on physical abuse. Could have expanded around capacity.
The topic was interesting and informative. Knowing what to do in situations that is out of your control is very important someone just starting or need a refresher. It was not boring and to be honest, the learning was made easy as the teacher had an pleasant voice and not boring.
Very easy to understand and option to go over certain clips if needed. Doesn't take too long either
It was a good refresher course for me, I liked the test at the end.
Even though i already knew a lot of the information it was good to refresh my self and i enjoyed it.
