Easy to understand and good self check quesions along the way
A clear, straightforward course. Very informative and thought provoking.
Having done many of these courses in educational settings I found this course one of the better ones. It was easy to follow without too much jargon. The speaker was clear and not too pompous , she did not sound threatening. I did this course as part of my role as a AHLS volunteer during the library shutdown but found it interesting enough to tackle the other courses on offer that were not directly relevant to this role. I had not been requested to complete these as a relief Library Assistant which has always surprised me as I have to do it annually at two schools as an Exam Invigilator.
I was somewhat sceptical about doing the training as I have already experienced three other safeguarding courses. However, I found that this course was very helpul, well presnted and told me additional information that I did not know. It was also copmparatively quick to do - apart from reviewing the documentation at the end.
Learning presentation and graphics were clear and made it easy to understand and learn each topic

I found this course very helpful and convenient, especially as I am in "lockdown" presently. The content was clearly explained and easy to follow.
