Makes you realise what an important role we all have to those who are vulnerable. A very informative, worth while course to do.
The trainer is very clear and the sections concentrate on the main points.
It keeps jumping and I miss content. Delivery okay.

Would of been better if a question after every section so you could not move forward until you'd got it right. But well constructed and not overly complicated.
This was a very comprehensive course however the test is too easy and you could probably get a pass without paying too much attention to the content. Its better to have a tougher test with a lower pass mark.

An excellent course that covers the essential elements of this difficult subject for the novice. Well structured and with good and varied ways of presenting the information including a live presenter, graphics and animation. By the end of the course I felt confident that I could make an informed decision on the best course of action to take in a variety of Safeguarding scenarios.
Quick and easy to use, covers all the essential points. I had problems with the video sometimes, as it stuck it or skipped a few words
