I enjoyed the fact that you could read along with the video's and if you are unsure of anything you can go back.
The presentation was clear and graphics relevant. The information was concise and precise focusing on the key points and messages. Useful summaries at the end of each slide. The questions at the end of the sections were helpful in showing the format of the test, therefore preparing me for the multiple choice test at the end. Repetition was useful in pressing home the key principles of safeguarding.

Safeguarding is foundational in care of the elderly. I found the course unambiguous and simple to understand. A patient/client centred approach makes it possible to see where coercion and abuse are taking place I was particularly interested to learn about self neglect and felt that this needed a little expansion but understand the time restraint.
I found this course accessible and easy to understand. The use of visuals helped learning as well as the summaries after each section. It gave clear guidance on what to do and what not to do to ensure vulnerable adults are kept safe.
Clear and concise but a lot of information to take in over a short period of time. However, it is necessary to know all the different types of abuse, and the end of section summaries were excellent. The presenter's voice ' jumped' several words at the beginning of each presentation for some reason ? Overall, an excellent training course and thank you.
