Course presented at a good pace, with relevant information. Good detail without being too policy heavy. A couple of the test questions were quite ambiguous and could have been answered as the question read (which would have been the wrong answer) or answered how you expect the question was meant, so could do with clearing these up.. But overall a very good training mode.
Good dialogue with helpful graphics and good down to earth examples. Ability to review as you go and the checking questions as you go through was helpful. Mortified I got a question wrong!
