This gave a good general introduction to safeguarding and the range of possible abuse that may happen within care. It broadly outlined the legal Acts and Programs that are currently in place to protect service users in situations where abuse may be happening. It would also be beneficial if the program included a few scenarios where the different types of abuse could be identified.
