I thought that the course was brisk but very informative. A lot of information was given clearly with lots of references to other sources of help and clarification too.

I found it useful to be able to go back and do the course twice as I am not young. It covered the issues in an interesting and visual way that was helpful.

I was impressed with the quaijty and informaton provided by the 2 tutors. They explained the need to understand and observe any problem with a client who may be suffering from abuse. I cannot praise tjis course highly enough.

This is an approximately 40-minute course which gives the basic information every care giver should know about this subject. The additional information provided allows the learner an opportunity to dig deeper if they want to. The presenters' styles are very clear and the graphics maintain attention. Occasional quizzes keep the learner's attention.
