This training course on Safeguarding was clear, precise and informative.
Again the actors/presenters were exemplary, explaining with great clarity, sometimes quite dense information. A lot of ground was covered, & enabled the test taking to be a straightforward exercise. My one caveat is that the material seemed to be dual purpose, both for a general audience e g local govt workers, incl community and health/care support workers, but also for care workers themselves i.e incl. those that provide personal care. Occasionally there seemed to be a slight mismatch between the needs of these 2 broad groups.
