The only area I had a problem with was when playing the video on each slide as each one took absolutely ages to complete without freezing. Not sure if the problem is my end.
A thorough, detailed and informative course, sometimes touching on areas we find difficult to stomach due to what subjects Safeguarding encompasses.

The course has enough in it to allow us to know what to look for and what to do if we come across a situation we believe involves some form of abuse.
An excellent course, very clearly explained and very informative.
While safeguarding is undoubtedly important, this course seemed directed at staff working directly with residents, and had little clear relevance for other - for back office roles, or strategic roles, the content is of limited relevance. I'm far more likely to encounter safeguarding issues as a private individual then in my paid cpacity, so so more general advice would have been useful
