I think this course covers everything you need to know about three times. In other courses once you have answered the question it just goes green on this one it says that is correct and then gives you another 30 seconds telling you why. I think this course could be 20 minutes shorter! The information is all extremely important but it gets very repetitive after so many times of hearing it. I think you start to lose interest because you think 'yes I have heard this already' when actually you could then be missing more important bits that you seem to blend it now and then.
The content appeared very focused on the role of a care worker. This was misleading and only after the study of the 43 slides and completion of the test, did it appear that the training was broader and relevant to all. Perhaps a comment in the email link to the course could clarify that this course is pertinent to all.
the dubbing was out of sync but apart from that good overview of the subject . I liked the inclusion of modern slavery

Really accessible course, very informative and well structured.
Great presentation and really clear explanations. Questions good for reinforcing issues. Only didnt like the times attached to each module - it took me much longer to absorb information and i replayed quite a few.
I found the course to be very comprehensive albeit slow to work through and a little patronising in parts, ie do we need to have a definition of what physical abuse is? I would have preferred to have the whole course as a pdf document of all the transcipts, that I could read through and then just do the assessment, instead of watching the endless videos.
Keeps staff up to date with legislation in all areas of safeguarding in particular everyone has a duty of care.

I found this course very informative and up-to date, it has very good, sensitive material. I found good guidance and the additional supporting information I will download for guidance. Thank you Rebecca Colston.
