Concise reminder and update

Useful to have policies, procedures & issues updated and put in context. Examples help to clarify responsibilities. I've given a 4 rating because I found all of the additional content distracting - I do understand that it is additional, and partly for the purposes of folks undertaking the care certificate.

Confirmed my beliefs on this subject

Whilst I fully agree with this whole course and very pleased to have attained 100%, in practice a number of points raised are sometimes difficult to carry out to the letter at certain times. But please understand I fully agree with the whole course and I always do my best particularly at those challenging times.

Excellent course, easy to follow

The course was informative, clear, easy to follow and the ability to go in and out of it much appreciated. The additional information was helpful and I liked the fact that I could repeat each section's video to ensure I hadn't missed anything important.
