Apart from 3 levels freezing, which I had to make 3 phone calls to clear, everything was fine.
The course covered all the aspects of safeguarding adults and was presented in a way that was engaging

This is an important subject but this course covers too much information that is only relevant for people working in the care industry. There should be a version for general office workers who have limited contact with the public.
This course was I found to be one of if not the most, informative, interesting and well put module I have seen.
Presentation was good and precise which sustained a good level of motivation and kept you interested. Addiional information option a very good tool.
not that easy if someone in the work place has a learning issue, it would be very difficult for them to pass the final test set
