Its an easy to follow course that is very user friendly, you not only have the videos but also the transcripts/summaries which makes it easier to grasp.
So much of this was not really relevant to my role as a befriender penfriend, but was useful to have the knowledge anyway.
Online training was very informative with additional links to resources. Test at the end was also good to ensure learning.
It is particularly important to help the others and protect their rights and their wellbeings.I will focus on their needs after gained this certificate and following with my organisations policy.Thank you for providing me to this opportunities.
