Well pitched training that was clear and concise. Very relevant to my work. Easy to follow and understand.
The course was broken up well and the content was backed up by lots of legislation. To improve, I would say that there could be more on the procedure for reporting abuse and what action should be taken. I am aware that that is not in the scope of the content but it would be useful to know. Also, it is important to know the reasons why abuse may take place. Thank you.
This training course is very user friendly. The English language is easy to understand and having an option to read and/or listen is appreciated. The information is comprehensive. Recapping on sections with questions is useful. And, the test at the end is really manageable.
