The training was very good & because different methods of teaching were used it kept the session interesting, good recaps too.

Thank you for the course it was a good refresher.
My concerns with online training is the expectation that it is completed at work under circumstances not conducive to study. I have ticked a few boxes in as much have a certificate claiming I have done Safeguarding training BUT it was completed in the middle of an office with other people milling about doing other tasks. Not a very good study environment and it would be untrue to say that it did not impact on my ability to get the most from the course. This has affected my star/score rating.
