Issue with a questions in the test

It would have been five stars but you asked a question which was not covered in videos. I checked the transcript. I knew the answer but should not have been asked in the first place. This is poor quality control.

Very interesting and informative

I got a bit irritated that you get logged out of inactive for a few moments. Also sometimes had to rewatch as cannot forward video even when already watched. Was my first course though. Also my percentage wasn’t the best so I tried harder for the second one ! One thing I would say is if the videos ran on one after another and all info at the end would be easier to do. I understand why it is that way though.

Good Information

A really good course, full of important information.

5/5
Succinct but full training

The training is succinct but contains all the necessary information required. The format is modular and each item takes very little time and can be paused or revisited as necessary. The test is appropriately tailored to the training.

5/5
Clear and informative

I liked the pace and how clear and informative the course is.

5/5
Very comprehensive overview

This course gave a detailed overview of all aspects of safeguarding for adults. It reached my level well - I only work with vulnerable adults occasionally for my job, so am not referring to the documents regularly, so it was a great overview. I thought it was good that it also gave the relevant documents or further reading to explore each area in more detail.

Clear and easy to undersand

One of the better safeguarding training I have undertaken. Clear concise and simple

Informative course

This course covers a lot of ground and gives the basic and essential information required to ensure that anyone, whether in a professional capacity or not, would be able to understand what adult abuse is and what they should do about it.
