Really clear and informative training videos. Loads of very useful advice and guidance for anyone responsible for looking after the elderly.
I found the whole course interesting with plenty of information given in a very easy to understand way. Everything was explained in great detail and there were extra resources if needed. The length on each section was enough to give the information needed without being prolonged and drawn out. All in all a very good and enjoyable course.
It was Too long, most of it unrelated to my roll, completely traumatised ever wanting to get involved with safeguarding or ever report abuse if I were a victim and the rules don’t apply to reality.
I found this Training to be very informative and an essential step in health and social care. To conclude I am happy to have successfully completed this Level 2 Training course.

The presenters were clear and concise. It was a comprehensive summary. Good to have questions in between not just a the end.
