The course was almost irrelevant to my job as a fitness class instructor. it was aimed at carers and care home workers . I feel it has been a waste of time doing this course ...most of which in my work setting is common sense .
Enjoyed, interesting however too long and quite a lot of information not appropriate for a Library Volunteer role. Really more geared for Carers and Nursing staff.
Comprehensive and well presented with good visual teaching aids to help remember the information.

The Care Certificate was discussed throughout which is not relevant in Wales, it would be good to see this training more relevant.
