Raqther resented spending an hour on a course that had very little relevance to my volunteering role at Dartington, though it did, as it so happens, give me some insight into my son's partner's role as a care manager.
Very easy to listen watch and understand,
good content and easy to follow training
Very clear and informative..I wish the procedures for whistle-blowers worked as well as the video made it seem. I was puzzled when on occasion I went looking for extra information only to be directed to an outside source of unguaranteed information.
It’s quick easy and good
A clear and concise course that has excellent videos. It could do with a little more diversity in the video presentations.
