Informative and clearly presented.

I can see the value in this training; however it may be too in depth for the role of our volunteers.

interesting

It was interesting and useful task but not really relevant to my volunteer work in a charity shop.

Good but.....?

Very informative course for people supporting & working with vulnerable people. However I don't think this course is relevant to the role of a volunteer shop floor assistant like me so unclear as to why I was asked to do it.

Very interesting

Very helpful

not for a shop assistant

Pretty specialist knowledge and terminology required, not the most suitable for a shop assistant ,maybe even a bit advanced for a shop manager, obviously this course is intended for someone in the care profession and ideal for them.

It was clear and helpful.

I found this course very useful. It was divided up into clear, bite-sized chunks which were easy to follow and helpful. It would be useful for my organisation if there was a little less focus on elderly adults, and a greater mixture between the different categories of adults at risk (but that is particular to my organisation - a university - and is not a comment about the quality of the training module).

4/5
Easy to follow, informative.

A useful reminder of Safeguarding practices which is easy to use and informative.
