Listening to dialogue and reading extracts is fine for short courses but I wanted to print out the on slide 12 the safeguarding policies. I also wanted to print out the 3 docs/charts which I read on line as required by Suffolk Libraries but I think a written record more useful also I prefer to read from a book not use e documents or e books
Good format with clear information and summary bullet points. Liked the questions during and end of course to test retention.
Liked the way questions were threaded throughout the training. Presenters were engaging. Links to further learning were full and useful.

I really enjoyed doing the training which was very well planned and delivered. The language was clear , specific and easy to understand. The content was wide ranging and very informative. I was a bit anxious about the test but I was wrong and got through all of them without difficulty.
This e learning was very informed and interesting, presented in a pace that was easy to understand, and the presenter's had a nice calming way with them.
